Q: How do I get more information about leasing an apartment?
A: You may call, come into the office, email us or submit your questions online on our contact us page.

Q: What is included in rent?
A: Waterfront Apartments includes all utilities. Heat, electric, water/sewer, trash. Cable and 1 gig fiber wire high speed internet provided through Spartan Net.

Q: Are pets allowed?
A: Yes! We require a pet deposit, however there is no monthly fee. To get more information please contact our office.

Q: Are the apartments furnished?
A: No.

Q: Can I park anywhere?
A: You may park in any available uncovered parking spot. We do offer covered parking for an additional $50 monthly fee.

Q: If I don’t have a car, what alternate transportation is available?
A: There is a bus stop located at the front of the property. Cabs, Uber and Lyft are also always available.

Q: How close to MSU are the apartments?
A: We are a 5-minute walk from the east side of campus.

Q: What units are available?
A: Please contact the leasing office for more information about available units.

Q: When is rent due?
A: On the 1st of the month. You may pay in our office, over the phone by mail with no service fee or online for a fee.

Q: Are there washer and dryers in the units?

A: Only our premium apartments have washer/dryer hookups in the unit. We do have a laundry facility open to our residents 24/7.
